2026 Crawfish Cook-Off
One Team-One Fight is an organization dedicated to assisting the First Responders of our parish by giving back to those who give so much of themselves every day. Money for the support of these organizations comes primarily from an annual crawfish cook-off that is usually held on the third weekend in April.
Our 2026 Cook-Off will be held on Saturday, April 11 at Edward A. Dufresne Community Center in Luling at 11am.
